Gouves
A small resort very close to the airport, and on the old coastal
road. An ideal spot to purchase that island property, either as a

The village is close to all amenities of the central part of the
island, and is close to the Crete Aquarium, and the islands
Exhibition Centre which has hosted a range of exhibitions and
international conferences. The area is active all year round with

Whilst remaining a smaller resort with some beautiful beaches,
Gouves has excellent property potential being close to the bigger
resort of Hersonisos, and to the island capital and airport. There

Stalis
On the same bay and almost next to it’s larger neighbour Hersonisos
is the lively and well established resort of Stalis. Within easy
reach of the capital and the airport Stalis has a long established
relationship with north European visitors either long or short term,
and makes an ideal place to purchase property. The area has some
excellent property opportunities for either investment or personal
use, ideal for a holiday home.
There are several beaches with either relaxed sunbathing or a range
of water sports, as with other resorts in the area there is good
selection of places to eat, drink, and shop.
There is easy access to other parts of the island, and there is the
benefit of good public transport, and closeness to the island
capital and airport. The Water Park and Golf course are also close
by.
